Okay we have upped it to a $50 gift when you meet your goal.
1. Everyday you record on the blog how many points you earned (1-4 points)
2. There is a max of 28 points per week.
3. When you reach 260 points you get your prize.
4. As soon as we have contacted all the family members and know who is interested, we will assign buddies and set a start date.

Mom's plan
1. 32 oz. of water daily
2. Eat only healthy snacks and limit bread to 1 slice per day
3. Exercise for 20 minutes daily (I will increase this as I become more fit!)
4. Eat smaller portions and never have seconds

All that is required is your committment and $25 to buy someone a conrats gift!
1. Set 4 goals for your food and fitness that are challenging but attainable. POST THESE ON THE BLOG. We will assign you a secret pal.
2. Report Daily on this blog how many points you got 1-4 (based on how many of your goals you met)
3. As soon as you accomplish 10 perfect weeks, let us know. It might take you 10 weeks to do this, or it might take you a few more. Depends on how well you do. The sooner you reach 10 perfect weeks, the sooner you get your prize.
