Carrie week of 7/25 to 7/31

Carrie earned 26 points again this week. I missed one of my workout days and had a carb snack on another. I really enjoyed my weekly treat today though . . . it made the whole week sweet-free worth it!!
My running total is now 52 points.

Carly's Points

Sorry I'm a bit late on my points post.  I got 25 points.  A few of those days I just couldn't bring myself to eat another serving of veggies.  Everything else has been good.  Oh and who knew the hardest thing would be not having a second bowl of cereal in the morning.  Oh how I love my cereal!!!

Week of July 18-24

This week I earned only 23 points :( I forgot to have a smaller portion yesterday. :(
I'm having the hardest time drinking four bottles of water/day, so think I'll decrease that goal to 24 ounces/day. I'm also going to move my exercise up to 20 min/day. I'm so sore from Friday because Dad and I went up some mild hills--everything below my waist (what waist?) aches!

Carrie Week of July18-24

I earned 26 points this week. I would have been perfect, but we decided to go up to Snowflake, AZ on Friday and Saturday for "Pioneer Days" celebration with all Lamar's family. Lamar's uncle does a huge chili feed after the parade for family and friends. His aunt made 18 loaves of homemade bread then for dessert his uncle made 14 flavors of homemade ice cream. Yeah, I know you wish you were there too.

Since this is week 1 my running total is: 26 !!

Carrie's Goals

1. Only fruit or veggies or protein snacks. No carbs/crackers/breads
2. Sweets only once a week on Sunday.
3. No seconds on the main course. Only veggies
4. Exercise 6 days a week

Carly's Four Goals

Alright...here are my 4 goals for now. 

1.  All snacks must be fruits, vegetables, or a protein of some kind.  No more junk/carb snacking. 
2.  Must work out 4 times a week for one hour. 
3.  Must eat at least 2 fruit servings and 2 veggie servings each day. 
4.  No seconds or over eating.  Portion control! Stop eating when content, not stuffed.
