Carly's Four Goals

Alright...here are my 4 goals for now. 

1.  All snacks must be fruits, vegetables, or a protein of some kind.  No more junk/carb snacking. 
2.  Must work out 4 times a week for one hour. 
3.  Must eat at least 2 fruit servings and 2 veggie servings each day. 
4.  No seconds or over eating.  Portion control! Stop eating when content, not stuffed.
