This week I earned only 23 points :( I forgot to have a smaller portion yesterday. :(
I'm having the hardest time drinking four bottles of water/day, so think I'll decrease that goal to 24 ounces/day. I'm also going to move my exercise up to 20 min/day. I'm so sore from Friday because Dad and I went up some mild hills--everything below my waist (what waist?) aches!
